Truly Effective Affirmation Techniques

The Ultimate Secrets of Truly Effective Affirmation Techniques

Affirmation has been used by successful people for centuries. It has helped many ordinary people achieve extraordinary results in their lives. It has turned many failures into successes. It has made many miracles happen in the history of human evolution.

However, the majority of people who use affirmation find that it doesn't work. Why is this the case? What are the elements that people have missed when they use affirmation techniques?

I constantly ask myself these questions, and seek for the answers. The result is, no one book gives the complete answer. Some tips given in one book work for a specific situation, but not for others. Other books give other tips that work for other situations, but not for this.

I have tested and filtered out the ineffective ones, and left only what I call the ultimate effective technique secrets.

The Purpose of Affirmation:

Before I give you the effective techniques, I must make you understand the true purpose of affirmation. Simply stated, the purpose of affirmation is to pass a command from the conscious mind to the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind has the ability, in anything it accepts as true, to do whatever it takes to turn it into reality.

The purpose of an affirmation is to pass a message to the subconscious mind, and to make it believe the message is true. So this brings us to the first element of an effective affirmation.

1. The affirmation must be believable to the subconscious mind

Most of the affirmations people use, fail at this first stage. They tend to give an unrealistic message to the subconscious mind, hoping for a positive response. If you are financially broke, and you say to yourself "I earn $100,000 per year", is this believable to your mind? If your body is totally out of shape, and you say to yourself "I am very attractive", is this believable to your mind? I doubt it.

What if you are currently broke, and you want to make $100,000 per year? What if you are out of shape, and you want to make yourself attractive? I find the best and easiest way is to use the word "I choose" in your affirmation.

Instead of saying "I earn $100,000 per year. "Say "I choose to earn $100,000 per year"

Instead of saying "I am very attractive" Say "I choose to feel that people find me attractive"

Do you feel the difference?

2. The subconscious mind seeks proof

There is a misconception that the affirmation must be repeated thousands of times before it can be installed in the subconscious mind. This is not necessarily true.

You can use the repetition method to embed your affirmation, but there is an easier way. It is, at the time you find the proof, state your affirmation.

Many people stay in poverty because they associate pain with money. Whenever they spend their money, they think of their bills, loans etc. This will automatically lead to ultimate pain. It is the feeling you attach to money that makes you rich or poor.

STOP: Read that again.

How can we turn this to our advantage?

Instead of feeling pain when spending money, what if we associate pleasure with it?

Next time when you go out shopping, at the moment you take out your money or credit card, say this affirmation to yourself "I always have more than enough to spend."

See how you feel. This works because the subconscious mind sees the proof. As long as you have some money left in your pocket, this affirmation is always true, so the subconscious mind will believe it.

How about if we combine the first and second methods together and make an affirmation like this: "I choose to feel that I always have more than enough to spend."

Say this at the time you spend your money. See how you feel. You don't have to repeat it thousands of times, a few times of real life proof will make your subconscious mind believe it.

3. The affirmation must trigger Feelings

A fact about the subconscious mind is that it does not speak in words, you can only communicate with it through feelings, and emotions.

STOP: Read that again.

There are two methods that you can use to trigger your feelings. The first method is to use words that involve feelings. Words like "fun, enjoyable, comfortable, delightful" will work effectively.

The second method is to use imagination. Visualize that the situation stated in your affirmation has already come true. See yourself in that situation and Feel the Feelings.

4. The Affirmation must obey the 3 P's Factor.

The 3 P's are Positive, Present Tense, and Personal.

Affirmations must be stated positively. Instead of saying "I am not fat", say "I choose to stay slim". The reason for this is that before the mind knows the meaning of, "I am not fat", it must think of what fat means first. So saying that statement will inevitably lead to the feeling of being fat.

Affirmations must be in the present tense. Many books mention this. However, I only agree to some extent. If you say "I have a beautiful new car", your mind will not believe you. The reason I include this here is that once it is combined with the first technique, it will work perfectly. Now say "I choose to have a beautiful new car". Your mind will do its best to bring it into reality.

Affirmations must be personal. Your subconscious mind only works for you, not for others. If you say "Ann loves me", it will not be effective, because you have no control over Ann. Now say "I choose to feel that Ann really loves me". This time you are in control, because you can control your own feelings.

5. Personal development affirmations should be stated in the comparative

"I am confident" may not be as effective as "I am becoming more and more confident".

An even better affirmation might be "I choose to feel more and more confident".

The reason for using the comparative, is because there is no end to how much more confident you can become. Otherwise, your mind may think you are already confident enough, and it will not need to do any more work.

These 5 techniques are the most effective ones that I have found from my research on affirmations. If you can use all the 5 techniques, I guarantee your results will be amazing. Even if you only use one or two of the techniques stated here, you will find your affirmations will become far more effective.

What Is Reality - 7

Plain and simple - if you can Imagine it - you can Experience it.

Now let us look not at "things" but of what humans call "Events".

"Events" are Experiences that arrive in our sphere of Conscious Awareness that we were not necessarily expecting.

Humans have a profound tendency to label events - indeed experiences generally - as, for example "good" or "bad" - another example of human duality.

Let me first say therefore that "events" are neither "good" or "bad" - they simply "Are".

So let us now then qualify this statement further.

A Temporal "event" is simply the moment at which a specific "event" comprising a "mixture" of components that characterize the "event" are Observed.

But no such Temporal Event can "manifest" in isolation.

In accordance with the Principle of Cause and Effect, every "event" ultimately originates at Source, continues as an infinite chain of causes and effects, a moment of which is observe within our sphere of consciousness as a Temporal Event" before continuing on to Infinity.

This "progression of events" may "travel" through the spheres of consciousness of countless other Beings existing on the same or different levels of Vibration, each Moment of which may be observed in isolation as a Local Temporal "event".

But it is impossible for an "event" to "happen" in isolation.

All "events" originate from Source, First Cause
as a continuous stream of "events" - related "Causes" with corresponding "Effects" which continue on to infinity. There is therefore random about these events, they never "happen" in isolation, and never by "chance", "luck", "fortune" or other superstition.

This is why it is erroneous to speak in terms of dualities such as "good" and "bad".

To the extent that each temporal event belongs to this Infinite of events - Causes and Effects - humans Experiencing a single temporal event say it is "good", "bad" or "neutral" in accordance with their own personal perspective as the observer of the event.

Ultimately however every chain of events originates from, and is an aspect of Source - Ultimate Perfection - therefore each element of the chain, the temporally observable events, must be inherently Perfect, regardless how the observer chooses to perceive the event.

It does not matter how "good" or "bad" an event is deemed to be, it still originates from Perfection, and is therefore inherently Perfect. If this were not the case the event could not exist at all.

So how may we summarize these questions of "reality" and "experience"?

Well to start with we must understand that the entire "Universe" in all spheres of Vibration, exists as an infinite expanse of "possibilities" that are infinitely fluid, and which respond to Mind at both an individual and collective level.

Nothing in the Universe is "fixed" and therefore nothing in the Universe is "real" in accordance with the human concept of "reality".

A "possibility" only becomes Experiential in the moment it is observed, "after" which it returns to be a transient possibility once more. Never at any time was it "real".

What each of you consider as your current "reality" simply represents a tiny subset of the Universe of possibilities that you have chosen to subscribe to and therefore make your current experience.

What people perceive as solid "matter" in isolation, is in reality a component of an infinitely fluid "quantum soup" in which every component is intimately related to all others.

When people observe a particular "experience" and believe it to be "real", then it is "real" only to the extent by which they believe it to be so, and while they continue that perception, "after" which that experience will dissipate back in to native Universal Energy.

When we examine the nature of what people perceive as "objects" closely enough, it quickly becomes apparent that what is being perceived is actually just a tiny fragment of a greater, interconnected environment, leading to the only possible conclusion that what humans call "matter" does not really exist. "Not only that,
"locality" does not exist, space does not exist, and time does not exist.

As humans - individual Energy fields - although we may experience "being in a particular place", we actually exist Everywhere, throughout All that Is concurrently. Sense of Being somewhere only differs in accordance with where in this Infinite "Allness" our Consciousness is focused in the Present Moment of Now.

Let us remind ourselves once again why and how is this so.

Well in our physical body we have a physical organic brain. The brain is constantly collecting countless sensory inputs every second through the mediation of the five physical senses.

The brain is constantly collating all of these sensory inputs and projecting through Individual Consciousness a "best case scenario" which the individual Ego Mind then accepts as their own individual Experience or "material reality".

What a person perceives as "reality" is therefore no more than the way the brain interprets the millions of tiny electrical impulses being received from the sensory inputs of the physical senses.

Each brain may place a different interpretation upon these same sensory inputs, so when one person describes a "car", another may be perceiving something completely different although both may agree, at a physical, temporal level, that it is still a "car".

Furthermore, and this is also crucial to your understanding - how your brain interprets these sensory inputs is determined by your own Conscious and in particular Subconscious beliefs and expectations and accordingly your personal Experience is also determined by these and other factors, including previous
experience gained during the physical existence.

So although the brain is creating a perceived picture of "reality" based upon your own perceptions, this does not mean what you are perceiving is "reality" in and of itself - only what your Mind perceives as your own personal "reality" through which you experience.

"All that Is" comprises an Infinite Field of Consciousness, Energy Experiencing Itself. Each of us are simply Energy Fields within the Greater Energy Field while still Being intimately connected to the Whole Energy Field.

This is why "death" is an illusion as much as "life" is an illusion.

There is no "life" or "death" there only "Is" in which "we" Are "All" participants at our individual level of Evolution.

But as discussed earlier - strip away the physical body, along with the physical senses and organic brain, leaving only Mind, which is Who we Are, the persistent illusion of material substance, locality and illusion of "time" immediately disappears so we can experience ourselves in our native state - Mind associated with our unique Energy field - the Spiritual I.

Most people however, believing these experiences to be "real", cling to them as if their life depended on it, thereby perpetuating and reinforcing that Experience, while blocking the infinite alternative experiences they may choose at Will.

This is particularly true of what people perceive to be "bad" experiences due to human nature.

People are also afraid to "hope" for something "good" or even "incredible", because of the programming of society with its "too good to be true" attitude towards life, which makes it much easier to believe in "bad" experiences than in "good" experiences.

As a sentient individuated Energy Field and Mind within the greater Universal Energy Field and Universal Mind, we all have the power to Experience anything we choose - indeed that is a fundamental aspect of our very Being.

As we experience individually, the Whole, the All benefits from that Experience and the Universe Expands.

I hope this has formed the basis of a greater understanding upon which you may free your Mind of all of the pre-conceived ideas as to the nature of your Experience, and thus be empowered to determine any Experience you choose through the fundamental Principle of Mind which is Infinite in its Power, restricted only by your own
Conscious and Subconscious restrictions that you have chosen to place upon yourself through previous experience, but may remove in an instant.

YOUR MIND IS YOUR POWER

Remember - there is no other moment but Now, and it is in that Present Moment of Now that we may choose to Experience anything we can Imagine.

I hope you Experience well, All that you Choose.

IMAGES OF THE MIND

Images of the Mind

The blueprints of life. One of the main steps to getting wealthy is to know how life works. In other words, how does the force of life take instructions and turn them into things and new moments out of the quantum energy field? What type of instructions does Life take so that it may create each new moment in your day? In what format and specifications?

You may have heard the principles of this before, they aren't really new yet few people understand them fully and even fewer use them, despite their simplicity.
Imagination is a basic part of becoming wealthy, it is a very integral part.

Your Mind's images are literally the blueprint from which your world is built. Imagination, the Images of the Mind, in and of itself is a core element of how our Life Manifest. It's the root cause of what you experience. Life is Images of the Mind Expressed.

What this means is that Life, The Source, uses your thoughts, your mental images, as the instructions by which to create your reality in the material world. Life, The Source expresses your mental images into physical reality. To express is to make known, to state, articulate, communicate, convey. The Force of Life makes known your thoughts to yourself and everyone else by forming them into experiences and objects that can be experienced, here in the physical world.

You experience your own thoughts first hand, your images of your mind, so that you may know which ones are suitable and which ones are not. That is how you know yourself, that is how you experience your self, and that is how you grow. This is the supreme purpose of this physical world that we are right now experiencing in.

It is designed to enable you to experience your Self. It is designed to enable you to experience an idea and its effects and consequences.

Life does not select which ones of your images to express and which ones not to. How would it choose for you? It therefore expresses all of them to the extent that you have them and believe them.

You have true free will and this free will is truly free because of the fact that all of it is acted upon without filtering or favoring. Free will is truly free because of the fact that it actually gets the results all the time, not just some of the time, and it gets them exactly perfect. - I AM WEALTH. I AM ABUNDANCE. I AM JOY - Imagination is the force that takes you to places you have never been.

Napoleon Hill said that Imagination is the most Marvelous, Miraculous, Inconceivably Powerful Force the World has ever known. Life is Imagination, Images of the Mind, expressed into physical form.

So make sure you Feed Your Imagination Daily and accurately with pictures, movies, and concentration (Focus). Spend some time doing this in detail every day.

Because Imagination is one of your most Powerful Creative Forces, and it is so because Life uses it to know what to create next for you. Most people spend very little time imaging or using there Imagination productively.

They imagine using idle thought, haphazardly, and then wonder why their life is not rich, joyful and prosperous for them. Imagination Has The Power to make or break your life. It is your mind, and your choice.- I AM WEALTH. I AM ABUNDANCE. I AM JOY.

Think about this: Walt Disney, against all odds, criticism, and a string of 'failures', stuck to his imagination and became the entertainment king of the world. He was laughed at rediculed and rejected by many. Mickey Mouse was launched at the lowest point of his 'failures'. No one and I mean no one who was close to him believed he would succeed and no one could have predicted that an empire would have been launched on the image of a mere mouse.

You see when we willingly go where our most desired imaginations take us, we become creative forces that have no limits.

Albert Einstein said this: Imagination is the Greatest Creative Force in the World. Learn and be willing to go where your Imagination goes and a desire awakens that does not understand the word no.

YOUR MIND IS YOUR POWER.

Peace, Love and Gods Blessing

Love You.
